Cancellation Policy – Efoodz

At Efoodz, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations are allowed.
You can cancel your order only before it is accepted or prepared by the vendor.
Once the vendor has started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations can be made directly through the Efoodz app under the Order Details section.
Alternatively, you can contact customer support via chat for assistance.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled within the allowed time.
If cancellation is requested after preparation has begun, charges may apply or the request may be declined.
Efoodz or the vendor may cancel an order due to:
Item unavailability
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Delivery issues or location constraints
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will be notified and eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed.
If your cancellation is successful and eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund timelines typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
