Any misuse of referral programs may result in suspension of account.
You agree not to:
Use the app for fraudulent or illegal activities
Interfere with the app’s functionality or security

Abuse or harass vendors, delivery partners, or support staff
Efoodz acts as an intermediary between users and local vendors.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of products provided by vendors.
Any issues with products should be reported through customer support.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the vendor and order status.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Efoodz is not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Issues related to product quality from vendors
Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
All content, branding, and features of the Efoodz app are the property of Efoodz and may not be copied or used without permission.
